2. Order Processing Time: Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team will begin processing it. Most orders are processed within 10 to 12 business days. In case of any unforeseen delays, we will promptly inform you.
3. Shipping Method: To ensure safe and timely delivery, we collaborate with reliable courier services for shipping.
4. Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time for orders within GCC countries is typically between 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. For orders outside the GCC region, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and customs clearance procedures. Please note that factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, may affect delivery times.
5. Shipping Charges: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within GCC countries. However, for customers outside the GCC region, shipping charges will be calculated based on the shipping address and package weight.
6. Duties and Customs: For orders outside the UAE, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office to understand the applicable charges.

8. Order Modifications and Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not been dispatched yet. For the custom made orders we can not cancel.
